(3 class hrs/wk, 0 cr) F/W/Sp Designed for students who are preparing for the GED Writing Test and for ESOL students who want to improve their writing skills. It includes grammar, sentence construction, punctuation, some reading, and informal and formal writing practice. The course also includes basic instruction for using a computer to write documents. Prerequisite: Referral from GED or ESOL faculty and payment of GED/ESOL fee.
