Covers logic design, including logic gates, gate minimization methods and design with standard medium scale integration (MSI) logic circuits. Includes basic memory elements (flip-flops) and their use in simple-state machines. Prerequisites: MTH 231 Elements of Discrete Mathematics or MTH 251 Differential Calculus.
