(20 class hrs/wk, 1-10 cr) F Introduces the theory, application and diagnosis of the electrical and electronic control systems for modern vehicles. Emphasis will be placed on batteries, starting, charging, lighting, accessories and driver information systems. Preparation for ASE certification in electrical/electronic systems. Prerequisite: Placement test scores for RD 080 Developing Reading Skills, MTH 020 Basic Mathematics and instructor's approval required.
