(2 class hr/wk, 2 cr) F This course is designed to help students develop outstanding customer service skills in a dealership setting serving clients/customers. Students will learn how to interact with customers (communicating in person), resolve conflicts, maintain records, understand the importance of customer satisfaction/retention, actively participate as a member of a team, and develop time management skills. Prerequisite: Placement test scores for RD 080 Developing Reading Skills, MTH 020 Basic Mathematics and instructor's approval required.
