(7 class hrs/wk, 3 cr) F/W/Sp/Su Field experience in a classroom or child care setting with young children. Students apply in-depth knowledge, methods and skills gained from education courses. Includes one full-day teaching experience. Prerequisite: ED 102 Education Practicum. Recommended: HDFS 225 Child Development, ED 7.710 Principles of Observation; HDFS 248 Learning Experiences for Children or ED 152 Creative Activities/Dramatic Play or ED 179 Literature, Science and Math.
