(3 class hrs/wk, 3 cr) Sp Covers the nature of livestock diseases caused by infectious and non-infectious organisms. Nutritional, metabolic and chemical-related diseases are studied as well as internal and external parasites. Emphasis is on diagnosis, control, treatment and prevention of economically important diseases and conditions. Note: Course is offered alternate years only. Offered Spring 2009.
