(7 class hrs/wk, 5 cr) W The second of a three-term sequence for students in science-related fields, including health occupations, agriculture, animal science, fisheries and wildlife, life sciences, education, general science and earth sciences. Topics include bonding, molecular geometry, properties of solids, liquids, and gases, solutions, rates of reaction, and chemical equilibrium. Prerequisites: MTH 095 Intermediate Algebra and CH 121 College Chemistry. All prerequisites must be completed with a "C" or better. This course includes a laboratorycomponent.
