Description:
This is the second course of a two-semester sequence in calculus-based physics with a laboratory component. Students investigate physical laws and apply problem solving skills associated with electricity, magnetism, and thermodynamics. This course is intended primarily for engineering, physical science, computer sciences, and mathematics students. Students receiving credit for PHYS 1320 cannot receive credit for PHYS 1050 or PHYS 1120. Students receiving credit for PHYS 1320 cannot receive credit for PHYS 1050 or PHYS 1120. Prerequisite: Completion of or concurrent enrollment in MATH 2210.
