This course is designed to provide the student with concepts and skills related to analog and digital communications. Topics covered include amplitude and frequency modulation, transmission and reception, data transmission formats and codes, the RS- 232 interface and modulation-demodulation of digital communications. Two lecture hours. Two lab hours. Three semester hours credit. Prerequisites: Solid State Devices and Circuits (EET 1313) and Linear Integrated Circuits (EET 2333)
