Prerequisite: None This course introduces the maintenance mechanic student to commonly used welding processes. The student will learn the theory and application of these processes. The student will becom proficient in flat position welding using the SMAW and GMAW processes. Students will also be introduced to pipe welding. Students will also learn periodic and preventative maintenance mesures on the equipment.
