Prerequisite: None This introductory course begins with a survey of the history of the sport from its North American Indian roots to the current indoor and outdoor (men's and women's) versions. Basic skills include: throwing, catching, cradling, scooping, passing, shooting, and goal tending. Skills will be learned, developed and reinforced through drills, skill contests, and actual game play using modified rules.
