Prerequisite: None This course is designed to clarify what entrepreneurship is and how to create the skills required to be a successful manager and founder. Participants will learn the positive and negative aspects of entrepreneurship, including how to be a manager/coach on a winning team; and how to develop the skills to write a business plan, raise needed capital and manage by objectives, exceptions and motivation. Each participant will assist in writing a business plan, creating a development team and making a presentation to private informal investors and venture capitalists. This is a "hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves" course for those interested in becoming a successful, winning entrepreneur.
