Prerequisite: Credit or concurrent enrollment in MAT 108 or MAT 106 This is an elementary course in surveying, including the fundamentals of plane surveying, and use and care of equipment. The student becomes familiar with transits, levels, chains, tapes, level rods, and other equipment used in plane surveying. The fundamentals of legal land descriptions are included.
