Basic accounting principles including analyzing business transactions, T-accounts, journal entries, ledger accounts, posting and closing entries, accounts receivable and payable, payroll computations, and taxes. Includes recognizing accounting requirements and preparing financial statements. ( Prerequisite: Completion of or enrollment in BUS 105 or permission of the instructor.)
