Prerequisite: ICS 102 and 111 CENT majors only. This course introduces students to programming for Internet applications. Topics will include setting up various Internet services and writing small programs to support these services. Special emphasis will be placed on the World Wide Web and include cgi-bin, Java, and JavaScript programming. Students should be Internet-literate and have already taken a beginning programming course. (3 hrs. lect. per week)
