Prerequisite: AEC 110 Recommended Prep: AEC 118 AEC major only. A core AEC course in basic building construction and common construction drawings. Foundations, framing, doors and windows, cornices, roofs-architectural dimensions, materials symbols, drawing conventions, construction conceptualization, and more. An AutoCAD course that applies procedures from AEC 110 and materials information from AEC 118. This course also available non-credit in three modules. (2 hrs. lect.; 3 hrs. lab. per week)
