(3 Hours) Introduces the individual to the field of childrenís literature. A goal of the class is to give the individual the ability to evaluate and select appropriate literature for various ages of children. This course is recommended for elementary educa- tion, early childhood educaion, and library science majors. Course material, however, will be broad enough to accommo- date anyone with a personal interest in the field of childrenís literature.
