(3 Hours) Prerequisite: ECH 100 Fundamentals of Early Childhood or Permission of Instructor Students will acquire the skills and knowledge associated with safe, healthy learning environments for infants, toddlers and/ or preschoolers. Students will also acquire the skills and knowledge associated with advancing physical and intellec- tual competence for those age groups. Students will learn how to assist children in expressing their creative abilities. Stu- dents will complete steps involved in preparing for National Child Development Associate (CDA) credentialing.
