This course introduces students to the prints utilized in the construction trades, such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, welding, and energy technology. Students will learn the fundamentals and languages required to read construction drawings. Topics will include measurement, lines, symbols, drawing views, working notes, and the importance of title blocks. Note: Summer semester for Skilled Trades and Apprenticeship starts in early May and ends in August. Students should consult the Class Schedule for specific course times and dates.
