(2 Credit Hours) An online advanced course covering the necessary skills, knowledge and competencies for persons seeking positions as building and plant multi-skilled facilities technicians. Building-plant maintenance for mechanical, electrical, heating/cooling-HVAC and related auxiliary systems and associated controls are identified and covered to allow hands-on interfacing through planning projects, completing set up procedures, required maintenance and repair, along with continuing oversight to insure continuity of operation.
