Among the topics covered are vector algebra, equilibrium of mechanical systems, centroids, moments of inertia, stress and deflections of beams under load, statically indeterminate loads, and virtual work. Prerequisites: MATH 180 and PHYS 231 Note: Recommended for students transferring to engineering school.
