The primary objective of this course is to illustrate the basic accounting concepts that will help the student to make good personal and business decisions. The course starts with a review of basic accounting concepts nad principles and moves into accounting for various receivables, inventories, and fixed assets. Financial accounting will be illustrated for sole proprietorships, partnerships and corporations. Prerequisite: BUS 1013 or High School Accounting
