4 CREDITS This course is the first step in the four-step process of the CCNA program. It will provide individuals who are new to CISCO networking with the knowledge necessary to understand and identify the tasks involved in supporting CISCO networks. This is an introductory course designed to provide an overview of networking concepts and how they are implemented using CISCO hardware. The 7 Layer OSI model well be discussed. This course is a prerequisite for CIS 266.
