The purpose of this class is to acquaint the student with an historic panorama of the visual arts, the trends, and the creative spirit of the masters. The scope of this section of art history covers the time from the ancient cave drawings, the Egyptian, Greek, Roman, Early Christian, and the art of the Middle Ages. No prerequisites.
