Available: fall, spring, summer 2 Cr. Hrs Students must confer with the instructor and plan for semester-long study/skill-development, mentorship, or research related to a particular area of interest. Each credit hour is equivalent to 45 hours of work on a project. The request form for this project must be completed and approved by the instructor, department chair, and the Vice- President of Instruction, then filed in the Admissions and Records office. Prerequisite: Enrolled as a Sign Language Studies major or instructor's permission.
