Available: fall, spring 10 Cr. Hrs The focus of this course is the nursing care of the patients with medical/surgical health deviations; with emphasis on pathophysiology. This course includes theory, clinical and teaching/learning laboratories. Therapeutic nutrition, pharmacology, and medical terminology are integrated throughout the course. Prerequisites: NURR 103, all science courses. Corequisites: MATH 143 or MATH 253, humanities, or other required general education courses.
