Available: fall, spring, summer 2 Cr. Hrs This course explores basic drawing skills, including exercises in contour line, chiaroscuro and "quatorcento". Students will enhance their visual perception with sighting techniques that lead to more accurate angles and proportions in drawings. Analytical skills will be strengthened through discussions of composition, creative intent and critical thinking in the presentation of numerous drawing projects.
