Anatomy and physiology of the nervous system as applied the pharmacodynam-ics of bronchodilation and the efects various drugs have on the cardiovascular and pulmonary systems is emphasized. Indications, dosages, routes of administration, contraindications, adverse efects and dose calculations will be discussed. Writing assignments, as appropriate to the discipline, are part of the course. Prerequisite: Chemistry 100 and Chemistry 121, and Math 118, and English 101, and Biology 116 and Biology 120. 50 minutes per week. 1 credit hour.
