Students on site in the Department of Medicine will, under supervision, participate in the assessment, diagnosis and treatment of diseases and disorders in Internal Medicine. Students will rotate through Intensive Care Unit, Coronary Care Unit and Emergency Room. Writing assignments, as appropriate to the discipline, are part of the course. Prerequisite: Admission into the Physician Assistant program/plan 262. 2 lecture and 5 lab hours per week. 3 credit hours.
