Te student is exposed to the basic concepts and skills of electrocardiography, radiology, intravenous procedures, Larynogscopy and intubations, suturing skills, casting and splinting. Basic Life Support and Advanced Cardiac Life support cer-tifcation. Writing assignments, as appropriate to the discipline, are part of the course. Prerequisite: Admission into the Physician Assistant program/plan 262. 1lecture and 2 lab hours per week. 2 credit hours.
