Data sets utilized to measure healthcare such as UHDDS, UACDS, MDS, HEDIS, and NPDB are covered. Cancer and Trauma registries, primary versus secondary records, data dictionaries, forms design, and screen design are reviewed. The CPR (computer-based patient record) is introduced; class 3 hours.
