Corequisite or prerequisite: MATH 129. This course provides printreading experience in residential and light commercial construction. Printreading fundamentals, construction materials, and light frame construction utilized in residential and light commercial buildings are covered in detail. Heavy emphasis is placed on requirements. Expanded coverage is provided for construction materials including engineered wood products, exterior insulation and finish systems (EIFS), and electrical and mechanical systems.
