2 credit hours Introduction to various haircutting techniques including use of shears and razors. Basic principles of hair roller placement, set and comb out using various patterns and techniques. Prepares student for state certification for the Cosmetology License from the Department of Professional and Financial Regulations. Prerequisites: Cosmetology 1107 with a grade of "C" or better and Concurrent Enrollment: Cosmetology 1113, 1115 and 1117 (1 lecture hour, 4 lab hours)
