Includes bidding procedures, different types of construction estimates and the appropriate procedures for each, and the process of quantity take-offs and cost calculations including equipment, overhead, and profit components. Computer applications to produce estimates and review of existing software titles. Prerequisite: Architecture 1111 or equivalent or consent of instructor (3 lecture hours)
