The course also lays a firm foundation in the fundamentals of how networks work and students will be introduced to different types of networks, including Microsoft Windows, Novell Netware 6, Linux, and the Internet. In addition, students will gain valuable experience using Web browsers, file compression software, Listserves, newsgroups, search engines, and HTML. (Offered spring semester)
