Three hours of lecture and three hours of laboratory per week are included in this course. An emphasis is placed on biological principles common to both plants and animals. It is designed for students in areas of study that require a strong biology background. The laboratory stresses the nature of scientific thinking and problem solving. (Offered each semester)
