PT 230 - Physical Therapy Procedures III

Prerequisite: PT215 (Clinical Affiliations I). Three classroom hours and six laboratory hours per week are included. The principles and practices of therapeutic exercise are examined, and an understanding of the following procedures is expected: developmental sequence, PNF, Bobath, Rood, Brunnstorm, cardiopulmonary rehabilitation and therapeutic exercise as it pertains to neurological and medical conditions. Specific pathologies are discussed.
