Prerequisite: PT215 (Clinical Affiliations I). Sixteen classroom hours and 160 clinical hours are included. This is a continuation of PT215 and includes practical application of physical therapy procedures, professional behavior and communication principles appropriate in the physical therapy practice setting. Lecture topics include professional goal-setting, the responsibilities of a new staff member, legal and ethical issues, patient rights and responsibilities and resume and interview skills.
