This course is an orienation to academic and career planning and preparation. Seminar includes program requirements and the need for the student to maintain a quality adviser-advisee relationship. The course is designed to assist the students in their transition into college life and preparing for their future. Students will receive information on developing positive study skills and enhancing their note-taking abilities. This course will also discuss the importance of appropriate dress, conduct, resume writing and networking. [Students pursuing an associate degree with a concentration in criminal justice and pre-law must take this course during their final semester.]
