Prerequisite: MUSC 2217 Required Co-registration with MUSC 2226 Advanced Aural Comprehension II continues the sequence of ear training and sight-singing. Aural Comprehension continues to develop the ear and its ability to perceive and identify both large and small patterns in music through ear training, sight-singing and rhythmic performance. Intended for students with prior performance experience in music, i.e., band, choir, etc. Students are required to register for MUSC 2226, Advanced Music Theory II. This course is required for students pursuing an AFA in Music degree.
