Prerequisites: IHH 1100 is strongly recommended This course provides an introduction to coaching for health and wellness. Students will define coaching, distinguish between coaching and therapy and learn coaching skills and strategies for holistic health. Students will learn about the behavior change process and develop tools to help clients in the coaching process. Students will describe strategies to create healthy boundaries and ethical responsibilities within the coaching role.
