Designed to allow a student to register for an instructional activity not on the regular curriculum. Students must request approval from the physical education staff and the Dean of Educational Services prior to registration and prior to the start of the activity. Three criteria are required: successful completion of at least one regular HPER activity course at ARCC prior to registration, course must be a class not offered within the HPER curriculum and course must have been taught by a qualified instructor within the given field.
