(Meets MnTC Goals 6 and 7) Students will read a variety of plays to examine a form of literature that can be read or experienced in a theater. Character, dialogue, setting, theme, and other elements will be examined in order to analyze, interpret, and evaluate the dramas. Students may be asked to attend one or more live performances. (Successful completion of ENGL 1121 is recommended.) There may be an additional fee for attending off-campus plays (fee varied by theater and performance).
