(Meets MnTC Goal 6) Prerequisite: ART 2241 or equivalent Continuation of ART 2241. Painting II introduces the student to a more complex and developed approach to painting. The course further develops the technical aspect of painting through rigorous and challenging assignments and the students learn to manipulate new materials as well. The class emphasizes process, color, style, personal imagery and conceptual ideas. (Lab course)
