Examination of the practices and policies involved in successful preparation of preparing professionals for administrative leadership roles. Course will analyze the responsibilities of the unique management of the early childhood program administrator. Emphasis is placed on making decisions concerning legal issues such as insurance liabilities, contracts with individuals and with companies for services and on litigations. This is accomplished through the use of speakers, and by students investigating or researching topics and making reports. (3 credit hours, 48 lecture hours, 0 lab hours)
