Prerequisite: None Th e fi ve basic functions of management: planning, organizing, directing, staffi ng and controlling will be studied in formulating and carrying out the objectives, policies, methods and procedures in managing a successful business enterprise. Special emphasis will be placed on individual and group behavior, communication, leadership, motivation and morale as they relate to the functions of management and the decision making process.
