Prerequisite: INFO-1240 or instructor consent Th is course is designed to give the student an indepth study of the basic Linux operating system. Th e class is intended for those who want to learn the installation process and hardware confi guration of the Linux operating system. Th is class provides a solid foundation to build a student's knowledge of computer hardware and the Linux operating system. Th ere are extensive hands-on projects, exercises and reinforcement of concepts. Th e student will learn about Linux terminology and features of the operating system. Th e student gains a solid understanding of core Linux concepts and gain practical skills necessary to successfully install and manage Linux on a computer. (3/45/0/0/0/3)
