Prerequisite: None Th e Basic Nursing Assistant Training Program meets the requirements of Nebraska State Law mandating that all individuals working as nurses aides in a hospital or long term care facility complete a 75-hour training course. Th e course requires 45 hours of classroom and 31 hours of skills training in emergency, cleanliness, safety, human anatomy, family relationships and death. Basic nursing skills are taught. Th ose who successfully complete the course will be entered into the state registry. Th is course runs for 10 weeks. (4/45/31/0/0/V)
