Prerequisite: ACFS-0050W or Writing Placement Exam and ACFS-0060R or Reading Placement Exam Th e student learns the basic skills and principles of a news story; the fundamentals of interviewing, newsgathering and editing; and the importance of ethics, accuracy and fairness in reporting.
