Prerequisite: ELEC-2400 or instructor consent Th is course is intended to meet the needs of students and professionals who want to master wireless local area networks. Th is course is designed to give the student a hands-on guide to planning, designing, installing and confi guring wireless LANs. Th is course covers an in-depth coverage of IEEE 802.1 1b/a/g/pre-n wireless networks, with extensive coverage of wireless security and troubleshooting. Th is course examines the technology that makes wireless networks work and off ers practical tips and techniques to manage a WLAN.
